Due to the handcrafted nature of our products and our international shipping process, Aestkinder does not accept returns or refunds for personal reasons once an order is placed.

This includes (but is not limited to):

Change of mind/Personal preference regarding color, shape, texture, or minor variations/Expectations of machine-perfect finish/Orders placed by mistake/Delivery taking place within the normal estimated timeframe

Handmade items may show slight variations, tool marks, glaze differences, or small imperfections — these are normal and part of the product’s uniqueness. Perfectionists, please consider carefully before purchasing.

Handcrafted Product Disclaimer

Because most items are made or finished by hand:

Slight irregularities in color, pattern, or texture are expected

Measurements may vary slightly

Each item is one-of-a-kind, not identical to mass-produced goods

These characteristics do not qualify as defects and are not eligible for return.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is damaged, broken, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at:

Non-Returnable Conditions

We cannot accept returns for:

Personal-reason requests

Handmade variations (texture/glaze/shape differences)

Products damaged through misuse

Items returned without contacting us first

Orders delivered within normal shipping estimates

Order Changes & Cancellations

You may request address changes within 24 hours of placing your order.
Once the order enters processing or shipping, cancellations or modifications are no longer possible.
